Joe, thanks for more info., but there are over a thousand species of anemone. Most of us only are familiar with maybe 20 species or so. If it hasn't multiplied in two years, obviously it isn't a pest. Just looking at it I would have suspected majano anemone too, but perhaps it isn't. If it's not bothering anything, just enjoy it.
