I found some fish in Kawaii I can't quite ID. I know the general type, just not exact species. I know these pictures aren't terribly good (moving fish are tricky to photograph when you have to snap fast before a wave pushes you over next to them and frightens them away), but I'd appreciate any help I can get figuring them out.

Surgeonfish or tangs? These flowed over the reef like a stream, and they had several other species of fish with them, including convict tangs and a pretty Moorish idol. They were about 10".

I know the guy in the middle is a surgeon, and I know it's a bad shot of him. About 11" long, I think. Any ideas?

Any ideas on the young surgeon in the bottom? Is he perhaps a skinny yellow tang thing instead of a surgeon? The eyes don't look quite right for a yellow tang.

These were big, at least 15", and totally unafraid of people. They were in a big school, too, at least 2 dozen of them.

Cutie wrasse critters! I usually found these in small groups. The largest was about 4" long. I also saw a few of the tiny fish on the right, often near the wrasses, but they have a different head shape. Is the tiny thing a baby wrasse, or a goby who just happens to like the kind of territory those guys enjoy?

These smushed themselves together and darted away if I got near them. They swum around in groups of 2-4, and until I got close, they didn't do the smushing thing. I don't think they were mating, it just looked like sort of an "OMG BIG SCARY THING" huddle. Or a really tight, really small school. Are they some sort of damsel? They were probably 3-4" long.

Female ember parrotfish?
Thanks in advance!
