ID these starfish and ther info

what they eat and their difficulties

I can't tell what the first ones are with only a underbelly view.. however the one below is Iconaster longimanus, the double starfish. Duostars are pretty unique, from what I've heard (not experienced like other stars) they are reef safe, however, I wouldn't trust it around clams. They mostly just eat little crusteceans and stuff in the liverock. (Assumely copepods, amphipods, etc.) as well as some detrius here and there. They need a really established tank however unlike fromia and linckia, their food source is much easier to manipulate and have a constant supply of.

The second one is a pic from it back as you can see its arms are slightly pointing upwards;)
