ID this coral please

Can anyone ID this for me. Not sure if it aptasia or some kind of coral. Came on a piece of rock with a Kenya tree on it

Looks like Xenia, which is a soft coral, although I could be wrong. Definitely not Aiptasia though.

I guess this wouldn't be the pulsing kind of Xenia that I am thinking of? It seems to appear a little different. Also the stalks and head completely disappear at night time and when the lights go on they reemerge after a little bit of time

I wouldn't say Xenia. Looks much more like remnants of an encrusting gorgonian to me; seems like a common base for the portion on the right, no fringing on the tentacles and none of the polyps appear to be on a branched stem.

All the more evidence to suggest it not Xenia and rather an encrusting gorgonian.
