ID this coral

couple months ago, my LFS asked me if I wanted this coral and said it was dying, was like sure ill give it a try but didn't get any info on it. I don't have any pix of it when I first got it but didn't look so well and was smaller.

looks like a candy cane coral or trumpet coral to me.
