id this disease on angel

please see attached. it is not ick. looks worse when lights get turned on. I have had many angels in the past that had pale color when waking up. but not like this and it does happen during the day.. does cycle.. meaning its gone for a week and then back.. took him out of main display and is now in QT tank. My DT fish have no signs of this. Flukes, ??? what is and how to treat.. thanks

Hard to say really. I think my first move would be to give him a f/w dip and look for flukes. If nothing turns up, my next move would be to treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic.

has been through about four of those over a week.. we redo.. was fresh water dip with prazio by the way. thanks
