It's hard to tell, but I'd go with an aptasia or majano of some sort. Personally I'd kill it to be safe.

Confirmed. It wandered away from it's host (Zoidburg) who passed 5 months ago. Harmless I think. The zoas are keeping it in place and it's not stinging them.
