ID this-- is this Trachyphyllia?

it's puffed up all day unless something touches it, i've been feeding it meaty foods when i notice the tentacles come out at night
 
yes, Trachyphyllia. It needs a bit of TLC too- appears to be very bleached. Feeding it regularly is definitely the right thing to do until it is able to get itself back in shape. Good luck with it!

im sorry im so late on this response, but i only have 130w pc on my 28, its been at the bottom on the sand and when i see the tentacles come out at night ill feed something meaty. the thing is it's been the same color? clear with pink in the skin and green towards the center. do i move it under some rocks or something?

Once the tissue's color is opaque and not transluscent your good :)
