its a velvetfish of sometype, Australian in origin
Paraploactis sp. (spelling is incorrect above) or adventor sp. potentially, these seldom if ever come in to the states. A while back a hobbyist from Melborne posted his photos of p.intonsa-bearded velvetfish, it looks similar to this

VERY cool fish. Too bad we don't get them here in the states (or maybe it's a GOOD thing!)...
