ID This Spot On My Trigger's Tail Please

Can anyone ID this spot on the Huma Huma trigger's tail? It has been there through day 1 and survived a 4 week in Copper and 2 Prazi Treatments in QT before it got put in the tank. It has been in the display with the spot for about 6 months.

What is it and is there anything I can do about it??

Little video of the tank but you can see the spot on the Huma triggers tail when I focus in on him.

Not sure I could see the spot....could you get a better video? FYI, change the music to something more upbeat, I almost fell asleep with it playing, it's very soothing! Nice rock BTW, looks like you got some nicely cured pieces to top off the base rock.
