I bought it from another reefer and he "thought" it was an ORA chipps, but he's not sure of it. But its not a borealis since i have one and it didn't look anything like it.
In the first photo you can see what looks like green. It just needs some tlc and time. I agree with the ID of ORA "chips". It's just a common name but a lot of tank raised sps can get hard to ID especially when they aren't large and are unhappy.
