I don't think so.. looks more like Cirrhilabrus rubrisquamis

nope it is a female solorensis..the dark stripe around the gill is a dead give away..i have kept male and females of both solorensis and rubrisquamis..and that is not a rubrisquamis

Also, note the scales on the chest. In C. rubrisquamis they look much different, almost like a chain link fence, in males and females.

if it's a female, can I get a male for it? will they get a long?
 
what size is your tank?..if it is not too small you should be able to get a male...but i would suggest using a acclimation box to socially acclimate the male..just keep in mind that more times than not female fairys are more aggressive than the males
