This has been growing on a rock I got from a fellow reefer and not sure what it is any ideas. ?

Is it hard or soft when you touch it? Does anything come out of the holes?

it is soft...yes there are feelers that come out (looks like very small polys to me) I know the pic sucks...when I blast the rocks off they suck back in. it is blue in color. and seems to be growing up the rock.
