Ideal Conditions to Keep LPS?

What is the ideal amount of light tp keep LPS? What kind of bulb (ie: PC, T5, MH)? Also, how much water flow?

There is none. Everything has different requirements. How much flow is different than what kind of flow. Sps are the same way. As are softies.

I know I've helped you exactly 'none', but unless you have a specific question about a certain coral there's no correct answer to the question.

IMO, T5 HO's are a good light for LPS, SPS and softies but like he said each coral has it's own requirements.

If you really wanted to PC's can even be ok for LPS's but that is like the low end of the spectrum unless you have high wattage PC's or a bunch of them. You will be fine with T5's and they bring out the color great! As for the corals, just research and find out what their needs are as too flow and light needs. Some need low flow and high lighting and others need high flow and low lighting.

I have had some acans in a nano with PC lighting for the last year 'til the new tank is built. They're not exactly "thriving"--not really any new growth--but it's not killing them either. They haven't lost any color. I do feed them regularly to make up for the lack of light, though.
