ideal light for algea scrubber / macroalgea

Good morning,

I am trying DIY algea scrubber. what lighting is ideal for the growth of algea on a scrubber or for macroalgea in a refugium?

I don't know what the "ideal" light is, but I have a 14k par38 bulb from rapid led on a regular clip on light socket. My macro in my brand new tank has tripled or quadrupled in size in a week and a half. There are no fish in this tank yet, just cuc and light feedings.

well that a special bulb. I wonder if regular house bulb would work as well.
