Ideal parameters for Nems question?

I'm trying to get low nitrates but not zero, is that ok being less than 5ppm. Currently less than 2.

Also, I've been bringing up alkalinity and calcium in my tank dosing Kalk. I know the standard ranges for corals, but not sure how sensitive anenomes are at the extreme ranges for both Ca and alkalinty.

Can you guys post your parameter extremes with successful care of typical anenomes?(Haddoni, Gigantea, Magnifica)
