What is the ideal environment for zoanthids?
I was asked this question tonight and to be honest I didn't know the answer! I'm not talking like your standard "duh" kind of environment (standard reef environment); I'm talking every aspect: calcium, salinity, alkalinity, pH, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate, amount of flow, cleanliness/dirtiness of the water, lighting, etc. I have always been successful in keeping zoas in my reef tank, but I want to know exactly what will make them thrive. Anyone want to throw in their $.02?
