I have a 7095 controller and 2 -6100 pumps. I have experimented with different settings and just haven't found the ideal one. I have a 155 gallon bowfront and currently I have the pumps on the sides about 3/4's the way up. I am curious to what other people have their controllers set at!

As a general rule, the best layout will be from the back corners to the front just past the center. Interval 2 with a 6 hour interval will roughly replicate the change of tides. The pumps will be pulsed while running from 30% to the maximum you feel the inhabitants can handle.
For Interval, first select Interval mode, then push the interval button until .2-12 hours is illuminated, then turn the interval knob to roughly the center. For the pulse, on each channel turn one knob to 30% and one to 100%, keep in mind that night mode is whatever the bottom knob is set to and pulsing stops. For the time between these speeds, the pulse knob ranges from 1-7 seconds.
