I have an extra 55g and a 33L sump that I'm thinking about turning into a seagrass/mangrove lagoon w/ seahorse and/or pipefish.
Any suggestions for best/favorite species and why?
I see seahorsesource is a short 2hr drive so I'll probably be picking up from there if available.
Any suggestions for seagrasses, macroalgae, planting arrangements, aquascaping?
How about compatible tankmates?
Recommended cuc?
Sorry for the laundry list... don't feel you have to answer them all.
This will be both my first seagrass tank and my first seahorse tank so any light or advice you can shed on any one or couple of questions will be appreciated.
