Identification of something in my coral

I have this thing that either part of my coral or living in my coral. It looks like a fin and comes out randomly. Just swishes like a fin and goes back inside. I am posting it on youtube. Does anyone have any idea of what it might be?

My guess would be a barnacle. I have torch with a couple of them on it.

When I buy fresh oysters from the grociery store I sometimes throw the shells in my fowlr tank so I can watch the barnicles...they are cool...got ich once so I don't do that so much anymore.
