Identification of this soft coral needed please

I've had this coral for a while now, It was doing extremely well then started to die off, I put it in my frag tank for it to come back to life, then it went back to my display, it was doing very well again then some halmedia choked its light out and it wasnt looking so hot.. Its kinda coming back in the frag tank...

What is it ??

Its different then anything I've seen locally....

Family is Nephtheidae, but genus is difficult to say without knowing if it is photosinthetyc or not...
