Actually. Doing a google search may be difficult to turn up the really good results. But search "amphipod", "isopod", and "copepod" for your best way to find knowledge. The picture is difficult to see, but I would place my money on an amphipod. If it is, they are good guys and detrivores, so enjoy. They are fun to watch.
