Identify needed has tentacles

During a feeding I noticed a few of these moving along the glass. They have stringy tentacles that extend and contract as they move along the glass. White/clear in color and about the size of a nickel or quarter. They have about 10+ tentacles and appeared to come from the sand

Definitely looks like a spaghetti worm to me as well. You are lucky, my wrasse ate all mine in just a couple of days.
