identify please

Can anyone identify what these are? They seem to be harmless but are all over anything acrylic or plastic in low flow areas of my tank and sump.

These are harmless Spirorbis (tube) worms. They are very common and thrive in nutrient rich / organically loaded environment.
 
I am not aware of any good way to remove them short of manually scrape them off and reduce food. Populations of these tube worms are largely base on how much they can filter feed. There are fish which are known to prey on them but it's not the best solution for this purpose.

If I were you, I would just let them live.
