yeah, they are thicker than a pipe organ (a little bigger than the size of a cigarette). It looks like alot of pictures of the b. murletti. do you know anything about their care? if this is what i have.
does everyone else agree or could it possibl;y be something else?

Thanks again,
Chris

there very easy to take care of , they are a LPS, i would target feed each polyp , some flow, just not to much. keep the Ca,Mg and Alk/dkh in check and you shouldnt have any problems

i dont believe it's a candy cane, because the polyps are more rounded. also the stalks are all seperate in a nice lined fashion. the B. murletti looks very similar to how the polyps and tentacles look. I am not positive of course. I have only been in Reefing for a year now so...
Thanks again for all of your help
Chris

It looks very much like Blastomussa merletti.
Hardy coral- moderate light, can tolerate relatively low light as well. Grows quite a bit faster than B. wellsi; regular feedings will speed that up for you. As humanremainz said, just make sure your basic water chemistry parameters are in order, and it should do just fine for you.
