Hi, so these shrooms have been in my tank for a while when I noticed one being enveloped by this white growth. Any idea what it is and should I fight it or leave it be? Not sure how the picture quality is but I tried a different method this time.

It looks like the foot of the mushroom itself, they often leave behind a small piece of foot as the move which in then become new mushrooms.

Oh yeah cool he says now...soon it will be, anyone want shrooms cheap...seriously, though, I always think these coral growth stuff is cool, now you need to start thinking, FRAG TANK!!

It's hard to beat Barry White's effectiveness in coral (or any for that matter) reproduction.
