I know the picture quality isn't great but none of the ID tags matched up. It is blue with a ton of tiny blue spots on it.

Most bristle tooth tangs, whole looking brown from afar, have all sorts of tiny dots and stripes on their bodies, including kole tangs.

Yellow Eye Cole Tang at a very quick glance. But if it's blue.... prob isnt
