Identify this fish?

Hi Guys,

We have a company that does the bulk of the maintenance on our 125 gallon reef tank in my office. The guy that comes once a week left us with some new fish yesterday. I can identify two of the three. One is a hippo tang, the other is a fox face. The attached pic is of the little guy I can't find a name for. Sorry for the poor picture quality. He has a bit of a snout on him... Any help?
