Yeah it's not an orange spot, he was called something else when I got

That looks more like a Tangoroa Goby (Ctenogobiops tangaroai) than either the Diamond or Orange-spot Goby.

A young istigobius, probably decoratus. Will likely darken a little as it ages.

Doesnt look like a decoratus or istigobius. Fish is about 4 years old already. He's a real crisp white...sits on sand bed, doesn't really hover like a orange spot....doesn't scoop the sand up nearly as much as a orange spot. He's about 4.5-5" long
