IDENTIFY this.

okay so i come home from work today and look into the tank. and i notice something. its red and loosely attached to the rock. i kinda have an idea of what it is but i cant put a name to it, so i was wondering if NR can help me out.

and im also wondering what this is? is it seaweed? and how do i get rid of it.

and i know im having a problem AGAIN with green hair algae i need to go get more hermit crabs or soemthing, its starting to get out of hand as you can see. tank needs a good scrub down this weekend. been really really busy. but ill take after pics when its all cleaned up. and how do you guys keep your sand so clean?

20% WC about once a week.
