I found like 20-30 of these in my tank this morning. When the move, little spikes come out of their sides.

Beneficial for keeping the sand clean. Just don't touch it, they sting.

If you have one you probably have a dozen. You will seldom see them.

Yep...totally beneficial bristleworms...Harmless except for the sting potential...Leave them be..
