Identifying coral

I have this coral

I got about a week ago, unsure to what it is, when I first got it it had lots of tenticals that came out during the day and went in at night but for the past two days it just stayed like this. Any help identifying it and why it is all closed up.

Is it hard or soft? A sad toadstool coral would be my guess. It looks like somebody lopped the top off.
These corals can be very temperamental sometimes, so as long as your parameters are within reason and the lighting is sufficient, it should bounce back in no time. GL.

These tend to like a lot of flow btw.

Definitely a leather, likely a toadstool. Just give it time. These things are nearly indestructible IME.
