I found this ballast, and it looks like it is a pretty good price.

It is only for 70w MH, but it would be perfect for a nano tank.

I've never heard of that manufacturer but the price is pretty darned good! Didn't see anything about voltage. Also, you might as well check remote distance. Some ballasts need to be very close to the lamps.

You have to click the PDF link. It says that it runs on 120 Volts. Don't know about remote distance though.

Oh, and don't just order one of their ballasts. I would do a little asking around to see if anyone has used this brand before.
