Hi guys I have this coral that is going a bit nuts lately and spreading out, I assume it is a coral as it is growing like an encrusting species. Can any one tell me its name?

Looks like a pavona to me

yeh it sort of looks a bit like Pavona decussate, but not sure, thanks for helping though.

Agreed its a pavona. Be careful as they do develop sweeper tentacles (which surprised me for sn SPS).

Really? No worries, luckily then it is not near other corals as it spreads out. Thanks guys.
