I have a rather short stand and need to be able to fit a skimmer under it. The skimmer has to be short, less than 20". It can go in-sump or i can plumb it external, doesn't matter- it just has to be short.

cost isn't really an issue, any ideas? The tank is 90 gal + around 40 gal of sump.

and man was i disappointed that the Aqua-Medic SHORTY is like 24 inches!

Have you ever thought about Deltec turbo skimmer? It is insump and working very very good

If your skimmer has to be less than 20" tall. You should go with ext and have it next to your tank. Or esle, hmmm going to be hard.

Tunze DOC 9010 is 16.8", but I think you need like 3" to remove the cup.

Any ideas on the height of the bubblemaster 200 collection cup? I know it's huge at 3 liters but how tall? Like 9"? 10"?
