Im absolutely furious with API

FYI, nitrites and nitrates are not toxic to SW fish at levels encountered in SW tanks:

Waiting until nitrite gets to 0 is just an indicator of your biological filtration maturation, but really as long as you don't get any ammonia readings means that your biological filtration can handle the bioload of the fish currently in there.

I think I was just a bit heated. But I do need to get used to how much of a trickster this foxface is. Every time night comes around he looks like hes on the brink of death.

Also be careful when you put your hand in the tank as they are easily spooked and poisonous.... I still maintain a clients 180 which has a fox face ,and when I go in there to clean it he scares the crap out of me every time!

I figured out that mine will act normal if I put nori in the tank when he's in a 'mood'. So if I'm worried, I feed him.

hes actually really really calm he was timid at first but now will swim up to me if I come by for food. I've had my arm in there plenty of times and wont come near it, at first i was afraid of it but they will only use their spines in defense. I know a woman who works at my LFS that hand feeds hers.

Im planning on moving once my lease here is up to a house in a few months and hopefully by then I will be able to upgrade or at least start setting up a 100+ g so he can grow without me having to give him away.
