I have three of the gourmet grazers where the seal on the magnet has come apart and the magnets have rusted. Luckily I have a large system and saw no adverse effects. Any ideas on how I can replace and seal the magnets so I can continue to use these? I thought about replacing the magnets and then covering the new ones with aquarium safe silicone. Any reason this will not work?
Although I think the design is great in terms of how it holds nori sheets, at $24 a piece, I am disappointed an aquarium equipment co. would use poor seals over their magnets knowing that rust can harm our aquariums.
