I ordered a Heteractis magnifica and a red fairy wrasse from Blue zoo last week and apparently they had hot weather and some of the live stock was affected. But instead of mailing me a stressed out magnifica that would probably die within days, Greg contacted me and informed me of the situation and asked me what I wanted to do about it. I'm very impressed that they took this responsibility when they could have just mailed it to me and claimed that this species doesn't ship well. I get my shipment tomorrow and am very anxious to see what I get. Thank you so much Blue zoo!
 
The weather has been really funky here. There was one 2 day period where the temperature was 103 then dropped to 68 the next day. This is supposed to be a mild climate!

The magnificas we got in late last week look really strong so I am sure this one will do great for you. Thank you for your business as always. We appreciate it.
 
Hey they did similiar for me which is why they are tops for livestock ordering in my book. Hard to order from others because their service is on par with excellence!!
 
I got my order today, an hour and a half late thanks to FedEx, but everything is alive. The magnifica is gorgeous but doesn't look incredibly happy (But when do these animals EVER look happy after shipping?) Thanks again for the great service and beautiful livestock!
 
Thanks for the update. You are right about magnificas not being happy after shipping. Just give it plenty of water flow and it will bounce back. Sorry to hear FedEx was a bit late but I am sure it will be fine in a day or so. Thank you again for the business. We greatly appreciate it.
