I'm new and would like some help please

Bought my first seahorses about three months ago. I have a male who was fine now acting weird. Staying at the bottom not much swimming around. I dont see tail rot or gas bubble disease. He is eating fine no troubles. How I would describe him, rubbing on things not wanting to hitch and just swim around on the bottom. I'll post some pictures and video if I can. And thing comment wise would help. I sure love him he is amazing to watch. Wont let me add a video but I can email if that Would help.

Judging by the clam in the background I'd say something is off with your water chemistry. Could you post the parameters for us?

Test results are in
PH 8.2
Ammonia = 0
Nitrite = 0ppm
Nitrate = 20ppm
I see my nitrate is high so water change and new filter tomorrow. I have a protein skimmer so should help a little.
