Which image hosting service do you like to use. I see a lot of folks use Photobucket. I got started with Webshots, but not totally happy with it.
I'll eventually load up my gallery here, it's just a pain to resize all the pics.

had the same problem when first started out here

photobucket is free
they will resize any photo for you and it is very simple to do. havent done it but can also load videos too.

also they will resize any pic for an avatar picture too.

good luck - keep the pics com'n!
;)

i use photobucket as well. they used to have an ungodly small size limit on albums but they increased that so all is good now! i like that you can select all the pics you want and get the codes to post so you don't need to do pics individually if you're posting a bunch.

Got set up on Photobucket. Downloaded a few pix there before I has to go to work, where I'm at right now. LOL!
Painted the back of the tank, check it out!

I like that! Gotta take some more pix. My wife is constantly filling up the camera with kids and ebay stuff. Takes forever to get any pix of my tank downloaded. Found an old digital camera, not as nice, but I'm the only one using it.

Photobucket for a 600 px wide photos, and webshots for thumbnails.
Heard good things about Imageshack.

Resizing anyway will be necessary.
In freeware IrfanView (I know only this one) it's easy:
- open file, menu: View/Display options/Fit only big to screen,
- press left button and drag by mouse to select the significant part of the photo, menu: Edit/Crop selection,
- menu: Image/Resize/ Best fit to desktop (or whatever you like), press OK,
- menu: File/Save as (.jpg, 75-80% quality).
Done. Ready to upload.

Optional, before save as: Image/ Auto adjust colors, then Image /Effects/Effect browser/ sharpen at 10% (or unsharp mask). Then save as.

All is visible and straight forward, unlike the Photoshop (for me ;) ).
