Impressive!

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I was when I got my Tunze stream kit and deco rocks today, that packing job was impressive! The light fixture I ordered from Drs. F&S came today as well, not so impressive! I'm starting to think it would have been worth the extra money to not have to pack the thing back up and retrun it. Live and learn.

Thansk for the feedback. As for paying more, we do price match here at Marine Depot. So, if you find it elsewhere for a cheaper price we can match if for you.

Cool, I'll keep that in mind.

btw, When I called F&S they told me that if I needed a replacement ASAP I would have to buy the light fixture again and then wait untill they got the damaged one back to get a refund on it. Do you have a similar policy or would have you just sent me the new one along with the RA?

We would have done it the same way, then refund it back to your credit card once we receive the returned item.
