I must say that my Apex works great! It was the best purchase that I have made for my tank, EVER! The support and customer service is unmatched. Thank you for making a dang good product and standing behind it 110%.:thumbsup:

I agree, I can't imagine not having it and don't know how I got along before having it. As far as the customer service and support, the guys on here are great. But is there even anybody representing this forum directly from Neptune? I have never tried to contact Neptune direct, haven't had to.
Yeah the owners name is Curt and he is equally as nice and helpful. The reason i got my apex was because i ordered an acjr and paid for an acjr but they sent me an apex instead. Curt was really nice when i called him to tell them. He asked if i would be comfortable paying 50 bucks. Of course i thought that was fair and there was no way in hell i was going to give it back.
I would have done the same. Wow, that really worked out nicely in your favor paying only an extra $50 for the Apex. And at the same time Neptune is lucky you were ethical enough to pay the additional money after the shipping error.
Ha. Believe me though i didnt want to call them. I was afraid he would say either pay the difference or just send it back and we'll swap ya out (even though i wouldnt have had to send it in). Knowing my luck though if I didnt call the outlets would have gone haywire and probably cooked my whole tank. And the fact that I couldnt have lived with myself knowing that I "stole" the apex every time i looked at the dang thing. Which is around 30 times a day. I still find myself staring at it thinking "man, this thing is soo cool."
