In Need Of Aptasias

Hey Guys,

Anyone have any aptasisas to give away for an experiment?

I do I have some large ones and sum small ones, they are attached to my chaeto, and some of my rocks in my refugium...... i gotta try and figure out how to get em out first but there urs if I can get them out in tact and u want them. where are you located??

which type do you have? the ones that look like little RBT?

yea kinda, but i know some that look like that get over an inch. these seem to stay smaller. like 1/4 inch

no problem. but since its a rare type of aiptasia $50 per polyp.

just culturing some nudibranchs, but i don't wanna run out of aptasias. but not to sell that would require a tremendous ammount of aptasias.

I can hook you up with some Aiptasia that are the food for the Berghia. The little anemones that look like BTA's are Majanos, and the nudi's won't touch them. Do you have any Berghia yet, or do you have a source? I have been trying to breed them for months now with no luck--I get them to lay eggs, the eggs hatch, and the babies die almost immediately. Haven't figured out what I'm doing wrong yet--maybe not feeding enough. I'm going to try a few different culture methods with my next batch.

SWEET, I haven't gotten any berghia yet, but i would love to buy soem from you when i get to that point.
