In need of coral...FINALLY!!!

OK, so i FINALLY have the lighting and rock situation all taken care of. Now all i need is a hardy peice of softie, zoo (thanks to pufferpunk i need to figure out what all the rave is about), or LPS. I want to make sure there is no explosion throughout my tank of anything, although the tank has been running for nearly 2mo now witha cleaner shrimp, but no lights until yesterday.

Sooo, anyone wanna sell a frag of somethin? Or if you were planning on trimming your GSP or zoos i will take the trimmings.

figured i give y'all a try before i order online or go to LFS.

Jamie I am in Oak Park and have a colt coral, real nice, that I can peel off the rock for you. It's a good 2" diameter stalk and 4-5" tall.

If you go to my website, www.ostrows.us and open up one of the videos of my "Tunze Swirl" you'll see the colts right under the pump.

I would want to sell one stalk for around $30 or so. It is very large. Can probably give you free some GSP and maybe other encrusting gorgonian if interested.

Sunday would be a good day.

If your coming out to Naperville you could stop by here too if you want. Wheaton is right next to Naperville. I can sell you some small GSP frags, candy cane with 2-3 heads and a purple mushroom. Maybe something else, not sure yet. Dirt cheap.

ostrow- i would love some of the GSP or gorgonians, and while i like the colt, its too big. My tank is small. But oak park is right next door, so not a prob for me to stop by anytime, provided i am not working. These nest 3 months should be much easier though

Reefwick-i dont know if i can do business with you due to your lack of knowledge in baseball haha j/k i would love to snag some candy's from ya but not yet. i ust want to check my water params and make sure they cool first.

Got some nice all neon green zoa frags and some purple pimple shrooms I can part with. Im in Oak Park, nice and close and love to meet with local reefers, esp as local as Forest Park. How big is your tank. Im running a 40 and a 12 so Im down with a "size don't matter' kind of philosophy.

Go to Sharky's Reef, located in Villa Park, they set up weekend appointments with no problem, BIG BANG for your $$$$$$$ ! That's the best place to go IMO, although I got all my stuff from a local importer, not naming names though I'm on the dark side now huh?? LOL. Sharkys is well priced.. but they do have frags too.. for less..you just have to ask.... they usually have more than what is on website too.. you just have to ask.. so if you have something in particular.. I talk to them on a regular basis.. I can ask...
