Not new technology, been talked about in the 1940s.

Like 35 years ago it was proven to be a fraud.

Not sure if they got the fraud technology to work or they made the fraud better.

Seems like an awful idea. Switching from 1 limited resource to a different limited resource. For some change to happen it needs to be a cheep renewable resource or the change will never happen.
