Increased pe with high noon lights

So i have been running my white leds at 75% and thought to my self, why not use that extra output for some high noon lighting.

I set my apex up so that 3 hours after the lights come on i ram the whites up to 100% over 45 min and then back down over 45min. I didnt wanna blast the sps with 100% for very long which i why they dont stay on 100% for more than 2 minutes.

So far i am seeing much better PE, havent seen the corals yet at high noon as i have been at work during this time, but when i am home everything looks great, far better than before i started the high noon lighting.

Good to hear! I am going to add some XM-L to my MH's. I will ramp them up for a few hrs to add the same extra HIGH noon pop. I was hoping for some extra growth and color. Extra polyp extension will be a bonus!
