Increasing font size on an ibook g4?

The font size in what? The entire computer? If you're wanting everything larger, you'll need to change your screen resolution.

Apple, System Preferences, Displays

If you're working on a 12" iBook, those things are pretty small.

yeah...it's a 12. That worked very well man, but i lost some resolution (obviously). It's kinda blurry now. Anything i can do about that? Someone else suggested tools/properties/view, but i don't see "tools" on this thing. Even this way is much, much better. Very much appreciated Ryan.

Again, if you're talking about increasing the size on EVERYTHING...the way I suggested is all you can do.

if you're mainly concerned with the size of the fonts on the Internet, then you can increase the display size through Safari (if that's what you're using).

What are you using to surf the net? Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer?

safari. command+ did the trick. i can't believe i went as long as i did the other way. That makes two things I know of that will make you go blind.
