Incredible anemones, under bad chemistry

Okay, so I had a huge nitrate spike in my 150g tank last couple of days when my gobies decided to move about an eighth of my sand bed (just because they can I guess.). I'd never had nitrates before. I expected very adverse things to happen, but instead my anemones and corals look the best they ever have.

So my current tank specs are:

Ammonia- 0
Nitrites- 0
Nitrates- 20-40 (color is between the two)
PH- 8.26
Temp- 81
Salinity- 1.025
Phosphates- 0.5

Lighting is 400 watt mhl. In pendants.

They've look awesome like this for 2 days now, and I'm not sure I want to change anything. Any thoughts?

My torch has NEVER had 4" tentacles coming off from it. It looks awesome.

Should I do a water change to drop the nitrates, or just let it ride out?
