Planning is well underway and this should be another great event. We always have lots of great vendors, raffles prizes, and plenty of fun. Admission is free for all INDMAS members and $5 for all non-members. Non-reefing spouse/children etc. will not be charged admission.

The swap is also listed on Fragswapper. If you plan to attend, and want to reserve frags, pre-sell, or work out trades with other hobbyists this is by far the easiest way. Be sure to register for the event and start making those frags now.

www.fragswapper.com

There are 20 spots available for hobbyist that would like to set up a tank at the frag swap. Each spot is 1/2 of a 6-foot table and the cost is $10 for members, $15 for non-members (includes admission).

If you plan to set up a tank, you will need to bring your own extension cord and powerstrip. Please limit your electrical usage to one heater, powerhead and light.

You can reserve your table by paying for it on Paypal. Pay treasurer@indmas.org. It's first come, first serve. Please include your screenname when you make your payment. We will also have several tables available for those who would rather bring bagged livestock. These FREE tables are not reserved, but we ask that you not bring more than 12 bagged items.

Vendors interested in attending the event or sponsors wishing to donate items please contact our Club Treasurer Lisa at treasurer@indmas.org for more detailed information.

Last year was great, Looks like this one will be awesome as well, Thanks to INDMAS for putting this all together, you guys do a great job.

Im new at this so and have never been to anything like that before. Can you bring fish you want to trade? It kinda sounded like it but just want to make sure.

Best way to find out is to go to the INSMAS website and ask noodlenugs he or she is a staff member.

Yes absolutely. You can also post the fish, or any other hobby related item on fragswapper.com if you want to try to arrange a trade or something ahead of time.

Ouch... all paid hobbyist tables gone.... I guess that's what I get for waiting to the last minute. How strict are you going to be on the 12 bagged item limit? I'll have 16 items with only 12 being bagged (4 pieces of used equipment and 12 frags).

We are not going to police it really. We just don't want one person bringing 100 frags and taking up all the free table space. We want everyone to be able to enjoy the swap and make lots of trades, sales, etc.

5 days to go!!!

Looking forward to it. I'll be wearing a black Harley Davidson hoody. Would love to meet some of the INDMAS members.

I'm pumped and frag tank is ready for some frags to go into system!!!!! :D

I'll be wearing a Monster/Fox hat and honestly don't know the INDMAS crew that well yet other than names on the forums. Pretty straight forward but I'm my name is Dustin if it was not clear;) My wife will be tagging along but think it is to regulate purchases:D

What time does the raffle start becuase I have a tight schedule that day but a really wanted to do the raffle and wanted to be there the whole 4hrs.
