It should be called "Indo Style"
There is no real difference besides the color,there is speculation that japanese lords are more colorful because of the cooler waters

So in all fairness that could be a japan area Lord but it would be not as colorfull as the "japan area" lords

Thats an indo, and though I agree somewhat with Jeremy, there are a lot of times other differences in the polyps.

Easiest determining factor = experience.
